Singer-and-dancer certainly doesn’t need to shy away from photos and looks gorgeous every time she’s papped. But while some stars love spending hours in front of the mirror getting the angle just right, the 33-year-old can think of better ways to use her time.

“I’d like to think so, but I’m not a selfie girl,” she explained to Britain’s Star magazine when asked if she’s body confident. “I don’t see the point in spending hours trying to get the perfect picture – it’s overrated!”

“I don’t wear bandeau dresses as much and I’m more confident showing off my physique in a more conservative style,” she said. “I still have fun on date nights and show a bit of leg, but I don’t understand getting your cleavage, legs and belly button out all at the same time – I’m past that.”

Looking after her daughter Willow with her husband Max Rogers she probably has little time to prepare a ‘make-up free’ selfie!! She’s embraced the changes it’s meant for her body and has adapted her dress sense to suit her new life as a mother.

When it comes to beauty must-haves these days, the star prioritises sleep and water. She also keeps a compressed deodorant on her at all times, which is a good idea with the amount of exercise she squeezes in.

“I do at least 20 minutes a day,” she shared. “My husband and I walk our dogs together every morning and we exercise in the park. On top of that I do dancing, yoga and circuit training three or four times a week.”
