The Oddbins’ 2016 xmas video is the latest in a long line of quirky and unconventional videos that have featured a menagerie of different animals including bears, penguins and foxes.
Move over M&S, John Lewis and Aldi…This year’s offering from the UK’s favourite high street wine and beer merchant features 12 Chimps that are named after the brand attributes ascribed by its customers.
The chimps combine their skills to break into a branch in the middle of a night before decorating the store and getting shit-faced. When the unimpressed store manager (pictured below) arrives in the morning, the Chimps chuck their own faecal matter at him.
Offering an alternative to the big budget sentimental adverts of other brands, the #12ChimpsofChristmas video cost the same as a large bag of peanuts and was filmed in just one night.
