Cheryl Cole is booed at the X Factor 2014 bootcamp over some shock decisions.

In a teaser clip for the show, Cheryl – who is mentoring the girls – tell one hopeful: “Trust us, my heart is banging as hard as yours.”

She later adds: “Honestly, I feel like I want to throw up right now.”

At bootcamp, each of the judges is in charge of choosing which six acts progress to bootcamp.

An audience of some 3,000 fans watched all the acts in the categories sing before the finalists were decided in a tense filming session at the SSE Arena, Wembley back in August.

Cheryl’s choices – which will be revealed at the weekend – saw the audience boo and even walk out in protest.

At one point, Simon Cowell stepped in and told the live crowd: “Let’s calm down.

“Sitting here is tough and stressful. Bear with her and give her a couple of minutes to make her mind up.”

“A lot of Cheryl’s choices had the audience booing,” a source told us at the time, “the crowd hated her.”

It’s since been claimed however that Cheryl was advised to “toughen up” after the intense crowd reaction.

A supposed insider said: “Cheryl found the audience’s reaction frustrating and hurtful, she’s worried she’s come out looking bad.”

They added “She’s told Simon, but he brushed it off, telling her to toughen up.”

Speaking last month, Cheryl described the bootcamp experience as “hell”.

X Factor airs this Friday, Saturday and Sunday on ITV.
