Kian Egan bitten in his first I’m A Celebrity trial!

Westlife star Kian Egan faces his first I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here trial on tonight’s show.

He was voted by the public to take part in this evening’s Cave Danger trial, which was filmed last night.

He said: “I’m excited, I’m nervous. I’m looking forward to it. It’s going to be reem. There are nine stars up for grabs today because three people won’t be in camp so nine stars is what I want. Full stop. “

In scenes to air in this evening’s highlights show, Kian gets himself ready for the day’s Trial having been voted for by the public.

“Joey, no trial how do you feel?” asked Amy. “I think they saw how good you did in that live one yesterday and you need a break now.” she continued.

Kian said: “I was fairly sure that Joey was going to be up for the trial this morning but I’m delighted for Joey. He really deserves some time off.”

And Annabel added: “Everyone’s really pleased for Joey and weirdly we’re really pleased for Kian because he’s been sort of at the tether waiting to, like a champion ready to fight.”

Kian told David: “I’ve wanted to do one. I’m just nervous.” David later said: “Don’t forget Joey’s done incredibly well and boys being boys, he wants to prove he can do it as well so that’s the added pressure. “

Mo told him to stop thinking about it. “I’m ok.” he replied. “I’m just psyching myself up.” Later Mo said: “Kian looked a bit frightened but he’ll do it. He’s a good guy. He’s strong. He won’t let us down”.

Alf and David walked with him to the trial and Alfonso said: “He wanted it. He’s going to get it and he’s really up for whatever challenge.”

Kian added: “I’m excited, I’m nervous. I’m looking forward to it. It’s going to be reem. There are nine stars up for grabs today because three people won’t be in camp so nine stars is what I want. Full stop. “

Kian made his way to the Trial clearing for the challenge, Cave Danger and said: “It’s nerve wracking for sure. I’m glad that Joey has got a day off. He definitely deserves it and I hope I can do what I can to get the stars.”

Hosts Ant and Dec explained to the singer: “Down there four metres below are a series of tunnels and water chambers. Inside them are a number of stars. As three of you are going to be spending the night away from camp on holiday, the Trial is worth nine stars. Each star is worth a meal and you’ve got 10 minutes to complete it.”

Kian was lowered down a tunnel into the first cave and the Trial began. He had to endure snakes, rats, spiders, water spiders, eels, cockroaches and crickets as he travelled through the warren of caves and water filled tunnels.

But it was long before Kian was complaining about being bitten on the legs as he tried to search for stars.

SPOILER: We heard that Kian gets all 9 avaiable stars!

Meanwhile I’m A Celebrity 2013 bosses under attack for focusing on Joey Essex too much!
