Sam Bailey is nervous about covering a Leona Lewis track on The X factor tonight

Tonight see’s the Best of X Factor special, with the remaining six acts performing hits from past contestants.

Current favourite Screwbo aka Sam (Bailey) will be taking on Bleeding Love from 2006 winner Leona Lewis, and she’s unsurprisingly nervous.

Things haven’t been helped by a hectic schedule for the live shows, which has left Sam with little time to prepare.

“It’s a pretty tough week this week, vocally I have got quite a difficult song,” she explained. “I’ve done quite a lot this week, photoshoots and stuff like that, so the pressure’s been on for me.”

Sam added: “It is tough but I can’t wait to get out there on Saturday and perform.”

But bosses did give Sam some time to rehearse with Leona herself, in footage which will be broadcast before her performance this evening.

“She was amazing, I have been quite spoiled with regards to meeting famous people in this competition. Leona Lewis was up there with the greatest, so I was really pleased to meet her,” Sam told This Morning. “She was an absolute gem and I can’t wait to sing the song for her on Saturday.”

We recentltly revealed that One Direction, JLS, Olly Murs, Mary J and Jessie J perform on the show this weekend.
