So Michael; you were discovered through viral Facebook videos. Tell us more about that?

When I was 15 I recorded a song in school and i uploaded it later that evening, when I woke up the next morning the video had over 30,000 likes the next day, I then I got an email from a manger in London and that is where it all started.

You’re a former member of the British boyband M.A.D – did you always ideally want a solo career?

I didn’t ever imagine I would be in a boyband but being in m.a.d was amazing, I always imagined being a solo but being in m.a.d was definitely one of the best choices I made. Now I am a solo artist I feel I can do more my style of music now.

What do you make of One Direction going solo for a year? do you think they’ll get back together?
I think since they have been busy for years they deserve a break to escape the madness for a while

So what’s a typical day like for you?

I’m rarely at home but when I am I wake up so early every morning, I will go on my social media straight away and interact with my fans.

Once I’m ready I will start working on music and normally have a video online by the end of the day.

When I’m not a home, I normally wake up in a hotel in a different city every couple of days as I do a lot of shows and tours.

Is there anyone you’d like to duet or work with?

I would love to sing with a female artist as i have never sang with one, which is being crazy thinking about it haha.

It’s clear to see music is where your passion lies…but if you weren’t working in the music industry; what would you be doing?
Since I was young I have always loved animals and nature so much so i would probably be working with animals.

You’re proving rather popular on twitter with over 50,000 followers! What’s the strangest thing anyone has ever tweeted you?

The strangest thing I have ever tweeted was probably a picture of my bum when i was 12 and now the photo is tweeted to me everyday haha.

What are the top 3 things you couldn’t live without?

It must be hard when you’re touring, being away from your family and friends. What do you like to do when you get to spend time at home in Belfast?
I don’t get to spend much time at home as I’m in london most of the time but when i do i love just chilling out with my family and friends and having parties.

Are you watching The X Factor this year?
Yes, I love the X Factor and cannot wait to see what talent its shows us this year.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given so far?
”You can’t expect to do better than anyone else, if everybody is doing the same thing” basically it means its better to be different and unique.

So what’s next for Michael Sutthakon?
I have been working hard in the studio for the past 6 months and i will be releasing a brand new single with a killer music video this year and hopefully finish the year with a tou.

Lastly – Do you have a message for your fans?
