American Horror Story Line: Cast, Plot, Spoliers

The cast of “American Horror Story” season 12 just keeps growing!

American Horror Story (AHS) is a highly successful anthology horror television series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Each season of the show features a distinct storyline with its own characters and settings, although many actors return in different roles across seasons. As such, I can provide you with an overview of the show’s general format and some highlights from various seasons, but I will avoid major spoilers to preserve the viewing experience.

Cast: The cast of American Horror Story is known for its ensemble approach, with several actors appearing in multiple seasons. Some of the prominent cast members include Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Lily Rabe, Angela Bassett, Denis O’Hare, Frances Conroy, and Emma Roberts, among others. The cast rotates from season to season, with actors often taking on new roles and characters.

Zachary Quinto not only revealed he’ll make a cameo appearance in the upcoming season, but he also said that he was “really impressed” by Kim Kardashian’s acting skills.

“I did a cameo on this season of ‘American Horror Story,’ and I got to meet her,” Quinto said of Kardashian at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of his upcoming film, “He Went That Way.” “She was so lovely and warm, and really, I don’t think she needs my advice.”

He continued, “She seemed really in her element, and I was really impressed by her spirit and her openness. I really look forward to seeing this season because I think she’s gonna do a wonderful job.”

In April, it was announced that Kardashian had officially joined the anthology series alongside Emma Roberts. Kardashian unveiled the news on her Instagram on April 10, sharing a video set to eerie music. The clip reveals she and Roberts are starring in a new chapter of the anthology series called “Delicate.” Roberts shared the same video on her Instagram along with the caption, “This summer…Kim and I are DELICATE.”

The news shortly after Kardashian posted the video, with a rep for “American Horror Story” creator Ryan Murphy telling the outlet that the star’s character was designed especially for her. Reps for FX and Kardashian did not respond to our request for comment.

Kardashian gave an update on filming, saying, “We start shooting my stuff at the end of this month. But production has already started and I’m so excited.” Though she didn’t reveal much about her role, she did add, “It’s really fun to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new and grow. I’m so excited for the experience.” Kardashian also revealed she’s taking acting lessons to prepare, saying, “It’s a challenge. I like to challenge myself.”

Kardashian’s “American Horror Story” debut will be her largest acting role to date. She’s had smaller roles in 2008’s “Disaster Movie,” 2009’s “CSI: NY,” and 2012’s “Drop Dead Diva,” among others, and in the years since, she’s made a number of high-profile cameos and hosted an episode of “Saturday Night Live.” She’s also continued to work on her business and reality-TV projects, including the third season of “The Kardashians.”
