Blue star Lee Ryan has allegedly been arrested for drink driving.

The singer – who has been rarely out of the headlines since his torrid time on Celebrity Big Brother earlier in the year – is understood to have been pulled over on Friday after driving “erratically” in west London.

A search of his car is also alleged to have turned up a suspicious substance – believed to be cocaine – which has been sent for testing.

The Mirror reports that Ryan was taken to a police station after failing to supply a breath test and spent time in custody.

A source quoted a Met police spokesperson as saying: “Lee Ryan, 30, will appear on bail at Ealing Magistrates’ court on Friday, May 2, charged with failing to provide a specimen and criminal damage.”

The criminal damage charge reportedly relates to the singer urinating in his cell, according to The Mirror.

Ryan developed a reputation as a ‘love rat’ while appearing on Celebrity Big Brother due to his bed-hopping antics with housemates Casey Batchelor and Jasmine Waltz.

He dated Waltz for a period after they exited the reality TV house but the couple split acrimoniously last month, with the American actress claiming that he had cheated on her with another man.
