Chris Hemsworth says wife Elsa Pataky is the one who keeps him in shape.

Chris Hemsworth’s wife is the one who tells him to put the muffin down.
The Movie actor is in great shape, which means he’ll often whip his top off in his movies and many fans will always think of him as the muscle man Thor.
He’s married to fellow actress Elsa Pataky, who is always sure to keep him and his diet on track.
“She’s the one who keeps me in shape!” he laughed to the German edition of Glamour magazine.
“Straightaway she’ll say: ‘What are you doing with that muffin? Put that down right now!'”
Chris’ latest role in computer hacking drama Blackhat sees him get shirtless yet again. But his Thor role will always be the one that demanded the most intense lifestyle change.
“For Thor I spent two years bulking and lifting weights,” he revealed. “The last six months were spent getting rid of some of that muscle mass for other roles, which I do with boxing and running and boxing and running… It’s pretty intense.
“The diet is hard, too. At some points you just want to eat, like a junkie.”
Most recently Chris showed off his abs while hosting Saturday Night Live, where he performed a skit about a porn star.
Later on in the show he was joined by his fellow actor brothers Liam, who is known for The Hunger Games, and Luke, who appeared in Australian soap Neighbours.
