Scooter Braun – who discovered the ‘Boyfriend‘ singer Justin Bieber when he was just a teenager and has guided him ever since – is set to wed charity boss Yael Cohen after proposing to her at his home last night.

He posted on Twitter: ”A great night” and ”loving 2014. Luckiest guy in the world 🙂 (sic)”

Scooter, 32, also posted a link to a close up of a painting called ‘Incurable Romantic Seeks Dirty Filthy W***e’, by British artist Harland Miller.

Yael – who is the CEO of F**k Cancer, which she founded after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 – simply posted a picture of a neon writing which spelled ”yes”.

She also wrote: ”2014, I like you.”

A source revealed: ”He is really happy”

Another friend added: ”They are head over heels and are so great together.”

Scooter – who also managed The Wanted and Carly Rae Jepsen – and Yael have just returned to the US from the Caribbean where they have visited a number of locations including Anguilla and St. Bart’s.
