Singer Kelly Clarkson hopes her daughter will ”laugh a lot”.

The ‘Stronger’ hitmaker is expecting her first child with husband Brandon Blackstock and made a wish on her 32nd birthday that her baby will make motherhood easy for her.

She posted ”It’s my birthday!!!! For my birthday I have asked my unborn baby girl to sleep through the night and laugh a lot when she comes out 🙂 (sic)”.

And the baby is sure to laugh a lot as Kelly’s friend Martina McBride recently admitted she thinks the singer will be a ”fun” mother.

The country star said: ”She’s really fun. Kelly’s outgoing and very direct and I feel like she’s be a fun mom.

”She has a really good head on her shoulders and she’s a strong person. I think that will be good for her and her child as well.”

The ‘Breakaway’ singer married Brandon, who has two children from his first marriage, Seth, seven, and Savannah, 11, in a low-key ceremony in Tennessee last October, and shortly afterwards she admitted she couldn’t wait to get pregnant.
