Get a behind the scenes look at the making of Marvel’s first Heroes in Marvel Studios’ Assembled: The Making of Eternals.
Visually stunning, humbleing at times, it lacked in places yet made up for it in other ways. Still ground breaking due to the wonderful tapestry that is Marvel Comics.
Eternals follows a group of heroes from beyond the stars who had protected the Earth since the dawn of man. When monstrous creatures called the Deviants, long thought lost to history, mysteriously return, the Eternals are forced to reunite to defend humanity once again.
Sersi was great in the movie because she’s such a breath of fresh air when it comes to female superheroes. She’s kind and nice without being mocked or punished for it. Also, she’s not a fighter or a tech genius, but is still capable and smart enough to get through dangerous situations. I know she wasn’t mocked, but in other works of entertainment, the super nice hero would usually suffer or face resentment from friends and enemies for being too kind, but it never happened here, as Sersi got to act like herself here without others questioning it.
The characters were very likable, despite us never seeing them prior to this movie. The music was without doubt the best of any MCU movie before it. And the visuals were jaw dropping.
Never understood why this movie got so much complaint. I thought it was fantastic but here are are movie reviews from our readers:
This is the one Marvel movie I couldn’t finish. Dead serious, it was completely unwatachable to me halfway through. I even like a lot of the movies most people hated. But this one was just written very poorly.
Marvel’s first big budget failure.
