One Direction star Niall Horan has said he is thrilled to be back with his bandmates for their new On The Road Again tour.
The lads returned to the stage for the first time in months and have performed in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in Australia.
Niall admitted he was nervous about performing live again.
Horan said: “It felt quite strange actually, we hadn’t done a show since October.
“We have been doing promo and stuff. We were in Oz in deceiver promoting our album but it had been a while since we’d been on stage.”
The Irish singer added: “It was good to be back, we said on stage it was like the first day of school.
“Everyone was back together, it was good seeing our backstage crew. You miss everyone. It’s like a family on the road.”
The DJ pointed out that Horan was the only member of the band to have a guitar on stage.
Niall explained: “I definitely can’t dance and I can play the guitar, so I play the guitar.”
