Rihanna rents $7 million LA home

Singer Rihanna has moved into a massive $7 million mansion.

The ‘Diamonds’ perfomer is renting a unique steel and concrete home with state-of-the-art security in the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles.

Dubbed ‘The Fortress,’ towering new abode boasts a 60-foot grand entry, soaring ceilings and breath-taking views, according to gossip website RadarOnline.com.

The 26 year-old Barbados-born star is leasing the industrial-style property for approximately $60,000 a month.

Rihanna – who was spotted having dinner with newly-single Chris Martin in Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Sunday night – put her own sprawling estate in Pacific Palisades, California, which she began renting out in November for $65,000 a month, on the market for $14.995 million last month after owning it for just over a year.

It was previously reported that the ‘Stay’ hitmaker was put off living at the house, as stalkers kept showing up unannounced.

The singer secured a three-year restraining order against Steveland Barrow in March 2013, after he broke into the property next door, which he wrongly believed to be her home.

A judge also ordered Robert Melanson to stay at least 100 yards away from the ‘Umbrella’ singer’s house and, or, place of business, after the 26-year-old male trespasser was caught creeping around on her roof last June.

In court documents, Rihanna, who was not at home at the time of either incident, wrote she feared for her safety because Robert was unstable and had a criminal history.
