Jessica Alba reveals her diet to staying in shape

Jessica Alba has decided to “own” her body and no longer worries about how she looks.

Actress Jessica Alba was “nitpicky” with her body before she had kids.

The mother of beautiful girls Honor and Haven with her husband Cash Warren and seemed to have no trouble getting back into shape after giving birth.

Motherhood has helped her relax and she’s now in a place where she no longer judges her body.

“I’m more comfortable in my own skin than I was before,”. “I was much more kind of fussy and nitpicky about imperfections before I had kids and now it’s like, ‘Hey, it is what it is,’ and you just kind of have to own it, right?”

Jessica celebrated her 34th birthday on Tuesday and she’s felt better than ever since hitting her thirties.

It could also be to do with her clean diet, which includes barely any processed foods, although she does allow herself treats every now and again. For the star, passing her healthy outlook onto her kids is the most important thing.

“I make them just try it, even if they don’t like it,” she laughed.

“Honor is like, ‘I don’t like mushrooms,’ and I’m like, ‘Well, just have one bite’… I just figure if I keep, once a week or once every other week, have her at least try it again and try it again and try it again, maybe we’ll have a breakthrough moment. But, it’s not an option for them to eat vegetables. It’s like you have to eat vegetables in your meal somehow… or else you’re gonna be in deep trouble!”
