Lee Dong Wook is a South Korean actor who was born on July 20, 1981. He is best known for his roles in the Weekend family (2003), My Girl (2005), and Scent of A Woman(2011).
Lee began his career as a model & worked with brands like Biotherm Homme, Shiatzy Chen.
He made his showbiz acting debut in the 2003 remake of Fuji TV’s “Roppongi Shinjū.” He currently stars as Grim Reaper/Gwishin in the smash hit tvN drama series Goblin.

Lee Dong Wook will play the Grim Reaper/Gwishin role while Gong Yoo plays GoblinGoblin. Gong Yoo has gained huge popularity through his previous hit dramas, namely “Coffee Prince(2007)”, “Big”(2012). As for Kim go eun, She rose to fame through the tvN hit drama series “Cheese in the Trap”(2016),” and her upcoming drama with Gong Yoo is highly-anticipated.
Family life: Lee Dong Wook is married and has a daughter. He met actress Ku Hye Sun in 2006 through the “The King & I”(KBS2) drama series. They starred together as lovers for the first time since they co-starred in SBS’ “The Devil(2007)”. The couple dated for one year before tying the knot on May 30, 2008.
Lee and Ku Hye Sun’s daughter was born on January 14, 2010. Their marriage got over after three years, and the couple decided to part ways. According to their agencies, They had talked it out and came to the conclusion that divorce was the best solution for each other at the moment.
Ku Hye Sun later dated actor Kim Bum from 2013-2014. Lee Dong Wook is currently dating actress Yoo In Na. They met through tvN’s Drama series “Queen In Hyun’s Man”(2012)” and started dating in April 2013.
Lee Dong Wook recently bought a new home in Nonhyun-dong, Seoul which cost around 3.2 billion won or 3 million USD. The house was built back in 2010, but it was too small for him, so he moved to a bigger one nearby.
Besides acting, Lee Dong Wook made his debut as a singer back in 2005 with the release of his first digital single, “My Only Comfort.” He released another two singles, namely “Bad Man(2006)”, “Smile again(2009)”.
He has also hosted various events and shows such as SBS’ “Love Request” (2014)”, Melon Music Awards (2015), 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and many more.
Lee Dong Wook goblin is expected to release a new album next month. This upcoming album will be the 1st full-length album in 12 years since he released his first single back in 2005. The agency said Lee has been working on this album for the past two years, so fans are definitely looking out for it.
Though he debuted back in 2003, His popularity really rose through his role in weekend family drama series, which gained high viewership ratings.
