The 59th BFI London Film Festival launches in “year of the strong woman”

The LFF’s Opening Gala is a screening of Sarah Gavron’s stirring period drama Suffragette

The 59th BFI London Film Festival starts today and will screen over 300 films, documentaries and short films over the next 11 days.
