Justin Bieber excited to perform at American Music Awards in LA

Justin Bieber, Alanis Morissette, Demi Lovato, Coldplay and Ariana Grande are among the stars who will take the stage at the American Music Awards (AMAs) today.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez might be taking their romance from the bar to the red carpet! The lovebirds and songbirds are both getting ready to hit the American Music Awards, and couldn’t be happier that they’ll have another excuse to see each other!

Keep a close eye out when you’re watching the American Music Awards on November 22; you might catch Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber sneaking in some alone time when they think nobody’s watching! The potentially on-again couple is so excited to hit up the awards show, according to a source.

“[Selena and Justin] are both super excited to hang out together at the American Music Awards”.

“The show brings back happy memories for them. They walked the red carpet together in 2011 when they were crazy in love. Now they are more mature and still in each other’s lives after all the ups and downs. They won’t walk this year’s red carpet together, but will spend time back stage. They both have their own dressing rooms.”

The awards show, hosted by Jennifer Lopez, will feature a string of star-studded performances, including a duet from Morissette and Lovato, as well as sets from Gwen Stefani, 5 Seconds Of Summer and The Weeknd and a performance of John Williams’s famous Star Wars score from Pentatonix, accompanied by a full symphony orchestra.

Bieber will close the action-packed show, performing a medley of his biggest hits.

Taylor Swift is the most nominated artist at the awards this year, with six nods.

Ed Sheeran and The Weeknd picked up five nominations while Sam Smith, Nicki Minaj and Meghan Trainor scored four.
The AMAs are being held at the Microsoft Theatre in central Los Angeles.
