London Igloo Dining Restaurants Reviewed

I see influencers getting freebies left, right and centre but some of Londons boroughs have some great places to suit all budgets.

What could be more fun than dining in one of the London igloo restaurants? Although you might associate igloos with the Winter months, these quirky London dining spots work just as well in Summertime. For a relaxing meal, dining in a London igloo is ideal. You can enjoy your dinner away from the crowds, in the comfort of your very own bubble.

London Igloo Restaurants

There are quite a few igloos in London, and they’re a popular choice for celebrating special events with friends or family. As these cool domes are in high demand, it’s essential to book in advance.

You’ll usually be limited to a two hour booking slot in each London igloo restaurant, and there will generally be a minimum spend. Here is the most complete list of igloo restaurants and bars in London.

1. Wagtail London Winter Igloos

Boasting two spacious festive igloos, Wagtail London is the place to go for panoramic 360-degree views of the Monument and the Shard. A limited edition Christmas menu at £75 per person and Johnnie Walker Blue cocktails are available.

This famous Scotch whisky is crafted by an expert team of blenders. Only 1 in 10,000 casks of the finest whiskies are used to make Johnnie Walker Blue Label. They have teamed up with Wagtail London to offer luxurious cocktails such as the Golden Colada, The Ritual, Made for You, Hot Butter Popcorn and Trinidad to Talisker.

There will be a series of events hosted by Johnnie Walker Blue ambassadors, such as a blending experience where you can design your own tailored blended Scotch from a range of whiskies and premium mixers.

Wagtail’s luxury igloos can each accommodate from 6 to 10 guests. They are well heated and feature faux fur throws and cosy lanterns – a perfect place for Christmas parties and intimate get-togethers. We had lunch there and loved the friendly service, delicious food and drink and those incredible views!

There’s also one of the largest rooftop bars in London one floor up, which is fully covered and heated for the festive season. Thanks to the late night licence and DJ, a night out here is one to remember!
