Diddly Squat Farm. Opened in 2020 by Jeremy Clarkson. and season 2 is now available to watch exclusively on Amazon.
Jeremy Clarkson is once again getting back behind the wheel – of his tractor that is – as season two of his hit show Clarkson’s Farm returns to our screens.
Despite never being far from controversy, The Grand Tour host (who featured in the ‘Carnage A Trois’ special alongside pals Richard Hammond and James May in December of last year) will see the second series of his popular agricultural show return to the streaming service Amazon Prime on February 10.
Season two promises just as much mayhem and chaos as we’ve come to expect from the 62-year-old, from Clarkson’s attempts to raise cattle to the opening of a restaurant on the site of his now-famous Diddly Squat Farm.
If the new episodes have convinced you to pay a visit to the area, we’ve got all the information you need.
Where is Jeremy Clarkson’s farm located?
Jeremy Clarkson’s pride and joy is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, in Oxfordshire, at 5-12 Chipping Norton Road, Chadlington, Chipping Norton, OX7 3PE.
That’s around two hours by car from central London, one hour and 20 minutes from Birmingham, and an hour and a half from Bristol.
Oxford is the closest big city, being just 40 minutes away by road.
Is Diddly Squat open to the public?
Jeremy’s rural retreat now boasts two attractions open to the public – the Didly Squat Farm Shop and The Big View Café.
According to the official website, the shop (described as a ‘Cotswolds-based emporium of edible delights. And potatoes’) promises to stock ‘no-nonsense things’ that the public will like.
The Big View Café boasts ‘incredible food’, the ‘best hamburgers in the world’ and a full bar, which will stock Jeremy’s own Hawkstone lager, but absolutely no kale at all.
After a short closure, Diddly Squat is reopening today, and will be open between 9:30 – 4:30, Thursday to Sunday. You can also order many of its products online for worldwide delivery.
Could there be a third series of Clarkson’s Farm?
There had been rumours that Clarkson would be immediately dropped by Amazon after his controversial article attacking Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle received record levels of complaints in December 2022.
However, at a later date, it was instead widely reported that Amazon would be honouring all of the programmes it had already commissioned with the former Top Gear star before parting ways, meaning – if true – there would be a third season of Clarkson’s Farm. It was reported that the decision to end collaboration with The Grand Tour star could be unrelated to the backlash his column received.
