The series, which previously aired smaller versions on Facebook Watch, will consist of never-before-seen extended episodes following the Rachael as she faces the challenges of a top-to-tail renovation of her dream property in the picturesque hills of Tuscany.

Rachael and her husband, John, will tackle a huge project while renovating their historic Tuscan home, a journey years in the making.

The restoration is fraught with challenges as Ray attempts to transform a several hundred-year-old stable with no plumbing or electricity into the villa of her dreams.

Rachael Ray’s Italian Dream Home will premiere on Monday, April 11th at 9 p.m. on FYI.
