A new trailer has dropped for Aussie star Rebel Wilson‘s new comedy film, Senior Year.

In the hilarious preview, Rebel’s character wakes up from a 20-year coma and wants to re-do her last year in high school.

Rebel, 42, does her best impression of a high school student and turns into a cheerleader as her character relives her senior year after an accident.

‘I was cheer captain, I had a boyfriend and all that was left was prom queen,’ Rebel says in the clip.

‘Everybody else got to go on and live their lives and I just have to jump forward… I want to go back to high school and finish my senior year,’ she adds.

After being in a coma for years, Rebel’s character wakes up years older and has to adjust to time moving on.

The film also stars the likes of Alicia Silverstone and Sam Richardson.

The film will premiere on Netflix on May 13, 2022.
