25 year-old singer Ariana Grande’s next single from her new album ‘Sweetener’ delivers a layered vocal performance in the song ‘God is a Woman’.

Grande herself has described the album’s official second single as being about: “Sexual female empowerment & how women are literally everything & the universe is inside of us.”

Basically, what we have heard is enough to make me very excited for the track to drop.

Her songs give a “beat you could probably get excommunicated for dancing the right way to.”

She said, “I didn’t mean to make an album, and I don’t know if it’s done at all, but I just have a bunch of songs that I really, really like.

“I’ve been working a lot and have been creating and feeling inspired.”

June has been a busy month for her as she has had two releases out. The former Sam And Cat star features on Troy Sivan’s ‘Dance With This’, and also on Nicki Minaj’s ‘Bed’.

Minaj also features on Grande’s newly released ‘The Light is Coming’. On top of that, Grande also released a video for her own record ‘Raindrops’ this week.

‘Sweetener’ has a release date of August 17 via Republic Records.
