Jungkook, a member of the popular K-pop group BTS, has excited fans by revealing his debut solo album, titled ‘Golden.’ The album is set to be released on November 3, and fans were delighted to receive this news on the global fandom platform Weverse.
‘Golden’ will comprise 11 tracks, including the previously released global hits ‘Seven’ featuring Latto and ‘3D’ featuring Jack Harlow. Pre-orders for the album became available on October 3 at 10 pm ET, creating anticipation among fans worldwide.
During a recent listening party for his new single ‘3D’ on the platform Stationhead, Jungkook addressed various topics, including the subject of haters. When a listener mentioned that they were considering supporting other idol groups, Jungkook responded with grace, stating that people are free to make their choices. He expressed gratitude for those who support him and acknowledged the existence of people who may not like him, but he stated that he doesn’t pay too much attention to the latter group.
Jungkook went on to share his perspective on negative comments, saying that he is grateful for them in a peculiar way. He interpreted such comments as a form of interest, as those individuals are spending their time discussing him. He emphasized that he values those who support him, contrasting them with those who make negative remarks. He made it clear that he doesn’t have to like those who speak negatively about him and that his focus is on those who support him.
Jungkook had previously teased his single ‘3D’ during his performance at the 2023 Global Citizen Festival in New York, where he also performed his debut solo single ‘Seven’ with Latto. ‘Seven’ had received positive reviews for its summer-ready vibe and the way it showcased Jungkook’s evolving artistry.
In other BTS news, Suga, another member of the group, recently enlisted in the military. Prior to his enlistment, he shared a heartfelt message with fans on Weverse, expressing gratitude for their support and promising to complete his duty faithfully. Suga is the third BTS member to enter the military, following Jin in December 2022 and J-hope earlier this year. Unlike his fellow bandmates, Suga will serve as a social service agent, having been deemed unfit for regular combat duty.
