Saturday’s Apex Stage sees headliners Iron Maiden performing as part of their Legacy of the Beast tour, alongside Deftones, Shinedown, Black Label Society, Monster Truck, Those Damn Crows and The Raven Age.

Sunday will be headlined by Biffy Clyro, with the main stage also featuring Korn, Volbeat, Rise Against, Alestorm, Powerwolf and Wargasm.

The second stage – or the Opus Stage – will host Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes and Airbourne on the Friday, Megadeth and Mastodon on the Saturday and Steel Panther and The Darkness on the Sunday. Meanwhile, The Avalanche Stage hosted by Kerrang! Radio lists the likes of The Ghost Inside, Funeral for a Friend and Descendents, while The Dogtooth Stage will play host to Electric Wizard, Sepultura and Myles Kennedy.

You can also expect the party to continue well into the night with the Doghouse in the Village presenting metal club nights and DJs, while The Sidesplitter will host comedy nights and more DJs. The fun literally never ends!

Information regarding purchasing tickets, as well as paying for shuttle buses and food etc., can be found on the website, along with all you need to know about the campsite and travelling to the site which, for context, is near East Midlands Airport. But do remember that you’ll need to save your e-tickets as screenshots or print-outs from Ticketmaster will not be accepted.

Tickets for the event are still available, with the price for standard weekend camping tickets at £260 each per adult and £114 each per child. Plus, non-camping day tickets range from £101.20 to £35.
