You can make sure that you are providing a break room that they are going to be happy with and to love. Really Listen
Speaking of which, you should show that you are really listening too. That means seeking feedback, but also acting on it, and showing where you have done this. If you only ever listen without making any changes, that is going to be the kind of thing that really helps a lot, and it’s vital that you are going to do all you can to really make this work. So it’s the kind of thing that you should focus on.
