Alesha Dixon has confessed that becoming a mum has left her anxious about returning to Britain’s Got Talent.
The singer will be back on the panel this year alongside Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Amanda Holden after giving birth to her first daughter last October.
Already preparing for the auditions tour, Alesha admitted she has already worried about leaving her daughter to work.
“I’m having dress fittings for BGT and I say thank god for Spanx,” she said. “I felt nervous about leaving the house today. I felt anxious.
“It’s the first day I’ve left my daughter. I’m only just starting to feel like myself again because you get into a mummy bubble and you almost forget there’s another world out there.”
Meanwhile, Alesha claimed that becoming a mum wouldn’t change her views on any of the acts, especially the little ones!
“I don’t want motherhood to change me too much,” she told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper at the weekend. “I want to stay true to who I am but be the best mum I can be at the same time.”
