TV presenter Caroline Flack has revealed she’s been left with an odd injury thanks to Strictly Come Dancing.
And this was before the former Xtra Factor host had even begun proper training with her pro partner Pasha Kovalev.
“Strictly Come Dancing started at the weekend and I think it’s fair to say it’s the most nervous I have been since my very first day at school,” she said this week.
Writing in her blog for Yahoo! Caroline went on: “We’ve only done a total of 4 days dancing so far, but my body already feels on the verge of change.
“My groin kinda hurts (it was Anton, long story) and all I talk about to anyone is the cha cha.”
Caroline praised the “ridiculously nice” and “positive” team on Strictly, before going to to gush about her pro partner.
She said of Pasha: “I’d describe him as a Russian dance lord. He wears Latin trousers and low cut tops and is REALLY FUNNY! I think I’ve lucked out.”
Caroline added: “Basically ‘Strictly’ is already the best thing I’ve ever done… I can’t wait for the first show… Woohoo!”
The Strictly Come Dancing 2014 live shows begin on September 26 and 27 on BBC One.
Other celebs in this year’s show include The Saturdays’ Frankie Bridge, singer Pixie Lott, rugby star and model Thom Evans and Radio One DJ Scott Mills
