I’m a Celebrity 2022

They will be joined by TV presenter and journalist Charlene White, radio DJ Chris Moyles, England Lioness Jill Scott MBE, comedian Babatúndé Aléshé, Love Island star Olivia Attwood, Singer Boy George, Coronation Street’s Sue Cleaver, Rugby star Mike Tindall, Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner and presenter Scarlette Douglas.

The celebs will be the first to enter the Australian jungle for the show since 2019, after the 2020 and 2021 seasons took place in Wales due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. George said: “I am bored of being iconic in the corner and if you want to compete in the world then being part of telly is part of that. This is the biggest show on TV and that is why I am doing it.” Boy George admits he’s going to miss espressos and CHEESE as they join Olivia Attwood preparing to move into the Australian jungle.

Meanwhile, Attwood gave her reason for joining the show, saying: “It’s the crème de la crème of all shows and obviously I didn’t have to think about it. I said yes immediately!”

Mike Tindall is the second favourite to win the upcoming series of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ sitting just below Boy George who is an early fave ahead of Sunday’s new TV series of the hit reality show multimedia entertainment reporter and celebrity publicist Mark Boardman told the Mailonline.

The hotly anticipated ITV reality show will need to give its star-studded lineup will have lots of mosquito spray as the show’s return to the Australian jungle is expected to see a natural increase in bugs, prompting experts to warn about the “public health risks” and the need for protection.

Remaining tight-lipped on his biggest fear, Mike – who is married to Princess Anne’s daughter Zara – says he knows as soon as his fellow rugby friends find out he is taking part in the hit ITV programme, they will be on speed dial to make sure he does all the trials.

‘I am fully aware that anyone who has ever played rugby will go, ”Yeah let’s stitch him up”. ‘All my friendship group has that sort of humour and I know they will definitely want to vote for me! I am prepared to do quite a lot of challenges.’

What are the I’m A Celebrity Bushtucker Trials?

This years celebs will be tacking some brutal challenges, known to all of us as the ‘Bushtucker Trials’.

The task that contestants face will give them the opportunity to win meals for camp.

The more stars they collect during a task, the more meals they win.

If they fail to win any stars then they have to survive off basic staples – like beans and rice.

Each trial usually involves getting close to Aussie critters like cockroaches, maggots and snakes.

‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ is expected to feature even more bugs.

This series will once again be hosted by Ant and Dec, and Moyles, who has known the pair for years, said that he knows they will enjoy watching him squirm.

He joked: “If Ant and Dec want to swap with me for 24-hours, I am happy for me and one other campmate to host the show whilst they live in the jungle. I am offering that up right now! Ant will be ok but Dec will probably struggle because he is just so small.”
