Stephen Mulhern has confessed he was ‘well jel’ when Ant and Dec got the chance to judge Britain’s Got Talent this year.
Britain’s Got More Talent host Stephen said: “I was very jealous and slightly annoyed. I’ve been there from the start. I should be allowed to judge an act”.
Stephen continued: “They couldn’t say a bad comment, and they saw some rubbish acts! I think that was in a weird way, quite nice, you wouldn’t want to hear Ant and Dec say something bad about someone.”
Ant and Dec even got to press this year’s new golden buzzer, sending an act straight through to the live shows, although Stephen has chosen his own act to compete on his behalf.
He added: “There is a magician on this year he is the best magician we’ve ever had. He literally just started doing magic that was just brilliant.”
Stephen tweeted earlier this week:
Wow! @SimonCowell @GotTalent! ‘GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS ANNOUNCE ‘GOT TALENT’ AS ‘THE WORLD’S MOST SUCCESSFUL REALITY TV FORMAT’ EVER’
Britain’s Got Talent 2014 begins on Saturday night at 7:15PM on ITV and More Talent follows on ITV2 straight after at 8:30PM.
