The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent to remain on ITV until 2019

The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent are set to stay on ITV until the end of 2019.

Another arrangement between Simon Cowell and ITV has been agreed and will be reported once the end of the present three-year deal is up for renewal.


As of now ITV just has one more series of every X Factor and BGT to air and transactions around a reestablishment are under way.

There have been bits of gossip about X Factor enjoying a reprieve yet ITV and Simon demanded beforehand that they were both quick to keep on airing the show past this year.

Presently The Sun reports that the two sides are set to concur another arrangement which would see a further three keeps running of every show in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

“This was continually going to be a joint arrangement — Cowell, Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor come as a bundle,” a source said today. “However, another three-year arrangement will be a tremendous alleviation to Cowell in light of the fact that it gives both demonstrates a genuine feeling of soundness into what’s to come.

An official arrangement is relied upon to be marked by May 2016.
