Gary Barlow Wants to Fly FINDING NEVERLAND Into the West End Next Year

FINDING NEVERLAND author and lyricist Gary Barlow said he needs to bring his new musical to the West End one year from now.


That, as well as he and stage and screen star Bryan Cranston are facilitating a review of the musical next Thursday, February 26, for a few West End theater managers and general supervisors.

Exhibitions for Finding Neverland start Sunday, March 15 at Broadway’s Lunt-Fontanne Theater (205 West 46th Street). The authority opening is situated for Wednesday, April 15.

FINDING NEVERLAND, the eminent new musical, takes off into NYC this spring under the visionary bearing of Tony Award-victor Diane Paulus, emphasizing a heavenly cast drove by Matthew Morrison (“Glee,” South Pacific), Kelsey Grammer (“Frasier,” La Cage aux Folles), Laura Michelle Kelly (Mary Poppins) and Carolee Carmello (Parade), with Teal Wicks, Alex Dreier, Aidan Gemme, Jackson DeMott Hill, Noah Hinsdale, Sawyer Nunes, Christopher Paul Richards, Hayden Signoretti withCourtney Balan, Dana Costello, Colin Cunliffe, Rory Donovan, Chris Dwan, Kevin Kern, Josh Lamon, Melanie Moore, Mary Page Nance, Fred Odgaard, Emma Pfaeffle, Jonathan Ritter, Tyley Ross, Julius Anthony Rubio, Paul Slade Smith, Ron Todorowski, Jaime Verazin and Jessica Vosk.

Taking into account the Academy Award-winning Miramax film by David Magee, and the play THE MAN WHO WAS PETER PAN by Allan Knee, Finding Neverland takes after the relationship between writer J. M. Barrie and the family that roused Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up – a standout amongst the most adored stories ever. Coordinated by Tony-victor Diane Paulus (PIPPIN, HAIR) with book by Olivier Award-chosen one James Graham, music and verses by Gary Barlow (TAKE THAT) and Grammy Award-champ Eliot Kennedy, choreography by Emmy Award-champ Mia Michaels (“So You Think You Can Dance,” Cirque du Soleil’s Delirium), this new musical, stuffed with entrancing visuals, overwhelming melodies and a lot of chuckles, is an ageless anecdote about the force of creative ability… also breathtaking evidence that you never truly need to grow up.

The creation characteristics picturesque outline by Tony Award-champ Scott Pask (PIPPIN, BOOK OF MORMON), lighting plan by Tony Award-victor Kenneth Posner (THE COAST OF UTOPIA, PIPPIN), ensemble outline by Suttirat Larlarb (OF MICE AND MEN), sound outline by Tony Award-chosen one Jonathan Deans (PIPPIN, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES) and the throwing is by Telsey + Company.
