The Celebrity Big Brother 2014 start date has been confirmed for January 3rd.
The new series of the Channel 5 show will launch on the first Friday of the new year from 9PM.
Emma Willis will be back hosting the show despite also joining to The Voice UK, which will also air in January on BBC One.
Meanwhile, the new look CBB house has had a high class upgrade featuring chandeliers, a grand fireplace and opulent surroundings, with insiders comparing it to a ‘Russian palace’.
But despite all of its glitz glamour, is this house simply a gilded cage? The house may look inviting but once in Big Brother’s grasp, housemates will learn the hard way that Big Brother is the boss.
As usual the show will be packed full of twists and turns, starting from the get-go, with Big Brother bosses promising that Big Brother will be unleashing his biggest twist yet on launch night.
When it comes to the Celebrity Big Brother 2014 line up, some of the stars (sort of) already linked to the latest series include model Katie Price, Apprentice star and This Morning big mouth Katie Hopkins, former Strictly star Nancy Dell’Olio and comic Jim Davidson.
