Amy Willerton has confessed that she split with Joey Essex because she did not want them to be seen as the new Peter Andre and Katie Price.
The reality tv has said that her relationship failed because she wanted a “normal” boyfriend.
“I want a real, normal relationship where everything happens naturally and you are just allowed to be.
“I didn’t want to be the next Katie Price and Peter Andre.”
She continued: “We kissed for the first time in his bedroom after the show wrap party and we spent the night together.
“He is a really loving, kind person and being with him felt really nice.
She continued: “I’d been single for a while, so it was lovely to have these feelings and go with our impulses.
“Whatever people say, it was 100% natural but back in London everything started to fall apart.
“Before we left, it felt very boy-meets-girl, but reality hit and suddenly there was all this pressure on us.
“It felt like if we were going to be together, we had to be committed to the relationship, because we’d be presented to the world as the Joey and Amy show.”
