Doctor Who companion Jenna Coleman has revealed that she has filmed her final scenes as Clara
MarkMeets heard earlier this week that Jenna Coleman was to quit Doctor Who earlier this week, has spoken about leaving the show to Nick Grimshaw on Radio 1.

“I have left the Tardis,” she said. “It’s happened. I’ve filmed my last scenes.”
She confirmed that she would depart sometime in the forthcoming ninth series, which starts on BBC One tomorrow.
Coleman has been in the show since 2012 and been companion to both Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi’s Doctor. She first appeared unannounced in the episode Asylum of the Daleks as a woman called Oswin Oswald who was unaware that she had become a Dalek.
“It was emotional. It’s been in the works for a very long time,” she revealed. “Steven [Moffat] and I sat down a year, year and half ago and tried to work out the best place to do it and the best place to tell a really good story. We’re not going to give away any details but it will happen this series.”
