‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star Gemma Collins is engaged.

The curvy blonde has revealed her boyfriend Rami Hawash popped the question by hiding the ring in her Christmas pudding and she took to Twitter yesterday (26.12.13) to announce the exciting news.

The Essex queen tweeted: ”Very excited to announce that I got engaged yesterday I am very very happy @RamTech_ I love you best Xmas pudding x. (sic)”

The 32-year-old also posted a photograph of her silver sparkler on Twitter and it is clear entrepreneur Rami, who Gemma has been dating on and off since 2011, didn’t spare any expense.

The TV star have had their ups and downs and had a Twitter war of words earlier this year.

Gemma wrote on the site: ”Be careful girls when a man uses you to gain fame and money and then when they can’t get it they turn.

”I’m usually a smart girl I have been used for months in order for someone to gain fame I saw it in the end.

”I will survive this and wait for a genuine person that doesn’t want fame money and to destroy me! (sic)”

She also posed a photograph of her with ex-boyfriend James Argent, calling their relationship ”real love.”

Rami, 37, then accused Gemma of cheating on him and said he initially refused to appear on ‘TOWIE’.”

Gemma revealed in the final episode of the last series that she had dumped Rami because he told her she wasn’t sexy.

She called his comment ”the final straw” but the couple appear to have worked through their problems.
