Nicole Kidman ‘in talks over Wonder Woman role’

The Aussye Oscar-winning actress is wanted to appear alongside Israeli star Gal Gadot and Chris Pine in the eagerly-awaited new supehero film by DC Comics.

We’re told Nicole is in negotiations over the role of a ”high-ranking Amazonian warrior” in the debut solo film for Wonder Woman, who is set to be introduced in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’, which also stars Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill.

The speculation comes shortly after 48, year-old Nicole claimed she doesn’t miss the Hollywood scene, having moved to Nashville with her family nine years ago.

She explained: ”I don’t miss the Hollywood life, definitely not. But I don’t think I’ve ever been a part of that. I still put on a gown and go on the red carpet, and that’s when you’re all for a moment circling each other, and I know all those people.

”If you’re committed to a fame path that’s a whole different thing. But for me that’s almost like the burden that comes with it. I don’t say that complaining, but that’s the part that’s work so I can do the thing I love.”
