Jennifer Aniston thinks activity is “so paramount” for the spirit of life.
Jennifer Aniston was “cranky” and “irritable” when her most recent part obliged her not to work out.
The 45-year-old will soon be seen in Cake, where she plays a lady called Claire who endures perpetual torment after a pile up. It obliged the wellness devotee to quit practicing for two months, which ended up being a battle.
“It’s interesting when you stop exercising. It really was interesting how my serotonin levels went down. My stamina was shot. I was cranky. I was irritable,” she uncovered amid an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show. “I’m normally truly not any of those things. I ended up short. I was eager like there’s no tomorrow.”
Jennifer still needed to show up amid her boycott. Keeping in mind she didn’t feel like herself, she discovered it a decent approach to get into her character’s attitude.
“You realise exercise is just so important to our soul,” she added. “Not just being able to fit into skinny jeans, to your state of mind, your soul, all of that. I surrendered into it. I actually didn’t fight it. I didn’t think oh this is horrible. It was such a part of what I enjoyed about mining this character.”
While Jennifer for the most part feels like she leads a solid way of life, the previous Friends star did have a few inquiries for the host amid their talk.
“I have a hard time sleeping. Sleep is a tough one for me. My brain, the committee in my head, if I wake up at three in the morning I just start having conversations and they won’t shut up and then I can’t get back to sleep,” she explained. “I do have three animals and a human being [fiancé Justin Theroux] in the bed, so there are all these distractions. I got an app on my phone that allows you to sort of track your sleep rhythms. I don’t really quite ever get into the deep, deep, deep sleep.”
Stars in London right now include Cameron Diaz, Seth Rogen, Jamie Foxx, Luke Evans, Nicole Kidman and Ben Stiller.
