Victoria Beckham has revealed she’ll make a cheaper range of clothes for women on a budget.
The 41-year-old designer can charge up to £3,650 for a handbag but has decided to make a ”gorgeous” range that’s accessible to women who can’t splash out on her high end pieces.
Victoria shared: ”I’d like to create gorgeous clothes for women who can’t afford to pay designer prices.”
Versace and Balmain have collaborated with high street store H&M and Victoria admits she feels compelled to follow suit and provide a cheaper version of her clothes.
She said: ”I want to make women feel sexy, whatever their budget is.”
Elsewhere, the brunette beauty – whose company sees an annual turnover of £30million and employs 100 staff – says she likes to take care of her employees and that can sometimes mean treating them to a visit from a Hollywood star, like Tom Cruise.
She said: ”I didn’t tell them beforehand, but he hung out for an afternoon. He turned up in his aviators and leather jacket, looking very Maverick, and the girls nearly died.
”When he left I said, ‘You wouldn’t get this at Gucci, girls!’
”I think it’s important to look after my staff because I wouldn’t be where I am without them.”
