5SOS won’t take success for granted in 2016

Last night 5SOS attend Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve party in Los Angeles though they are focused on continued success this year.

5 Seconds of Summer star Michael Clifford has opened up on how he will take on life in 2016.

The guitarist and singer took to Twitter on New Year’s Eve (December 31) to tell fans that he won’t take anything for granted this coming year.

He also expressed a desire to be “happier” with himself.

The Australian wrote: “I am so excited for 2016.

“I’m going to try and be happier with myself and never take anything that happens to me for granted. Happy new year.”

When asked if he and his bandmates – Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford and Calum Hood – had sex with more than one girl in a night, he tried to be a gentleman and said “I feel like I shouldn’t say.” However the handsome singer followed up with: “You could say the possibility of that is high.”

Multiple girls at the same time? “The possibility is high,” he said again….. “The possibilities are endless.”

5SOS’ young female fans weren’t overly happy with Ashton either, when he admitted that they aren’t happy with their boyband status and the fact that most of the group’s supporters are young girls. He said: “We don’t want to just be, like, for girls. We want to be for everyone. That’s the great mission that we have. I’m already seeing a few male fans start to pop up, and that’s cool.”

The group will embark on their Sounds Live Feels Live jaunt in support of 2015 album ‘Sounds Good Feels Good’.

5 Seconds of Summer meanwhile are due to tour the world in 2016.
