Hillary Clinton & Daughter Chelsea Attend the NYC Premiere of Their New Apple TV+ Series 'Gutsy'

Hillary Clinton and daughter Chelsea Clinton are stepping out for the premiere of their new Apple TV+ show!

The 74-year-old former Secretary of State and the 42-year-old writer posed together at the premiere of Gutsy on Thursday night (September 8) at Times Center Theatre in New York City.

Guests in attendance included Hillary‘s former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin along with Mariska Hargitay, Amber Tamblyn, comedian and political commentator Samantha Bee, model Quannah Chasinghorse, designer Diane von Furstenberg and husband Barry Diller, RuPaul’s Drag Race star Symone, and comedian Amber Ruffin.

The eight-part show features the mother and daughter meeting with women from all walks of life, including Gloria Steinem, Megan Thee Stallion, Kim Kardashian and Jane Goodall.

Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton are plainly aiming for inspiration and edification with their docuseries interviewing heroes and luminaries from all walks of life, and they tend to find it whether they’re speaking with academics, activists or firefighters. The causes they highlight are largely unobjectionable, at least if your politics roughly align with the Clintons’; their subjects plainly admirable; their stories insistently empowering.

Here’s the show’s synopsis: “Inspired by the Clintons’ acclaimed New York Times bestselling book, “The Book of Gutsy Women,” the docuseries features Hillary and Chelsea as they embark on a thought-provoking journey to speak with pioneering women artists, activists, community leaders and everyday heroes who show us what it truly means to be gutsy.”

In the series, the mother-daughter duo hang out with Kim Kardashian, Amy Schumer, Kate Hudson, Megan Thee Stallion, and many extraordinary women.

Gutsy is now streaming on Apple TV+.
