Insurgent London Film Premiere photos

Shailene Woodley wore a magnifcent white gown at the Insurgent world premiere held at the Odeon cinema in London’s Leicester Square on Wednesday night.

The 23-year-old actress looked sensational in her classic Ralph Lauren Collection evening dress, which boasted a daring backless cut-out.

Theo and Shailene reprise their roles for the follow-up to 2014’s box office smash Divergent.

Insurgent stars Theo James and Shailene Woodley joke that action-packed shoot has meant drastic measures to protect their looks.

Co-star Theo James who has previously starred in TV series Bedlam and in Golden Boy walked the red carpet.

Shailene explained that shooting the second film in the series was tough, especially as she and Theo love to do their own stunts.

‘I do as many as insurance will allow, there comes a line that they draw,’ said the actress.

Many fans turned up to see a glimpse of the showbiz affair in Leicester Square.

Despite the high-octane shoot, Shailene insisted she came away unscathed. ‘This movie seemed to be pretty clear when it came to bruises and injuries,’ she added.

‘It’s fun, it’s nice to come back where you know people,’ explained Theo. ‘Shai has worked in other films with some of the other cast as well so we all know each other pretty well, which can be good but also can be bad because we don’t take it that seriously sometimes.’
