I attended their housewarming party recently as one of my cousins had moved to Chennai in the Smart Homes Green Enclave project. I liked the atmosphere, with its older residents playing board games indoors, families swimming in the pool, and children playing in the park.

On my way out, I picked up the brochure because I knew this was where I was going to buy a home. Smart Homes @ Green Enclave is a residential apartment development in the gorgeous city of Chennai.
