“Game of Thrones” actor Art Parkinson has come on board opposite Dwayne Johnson, Carla Gugino and Alexandra Daddario in New Line’s earthquake actioner “San Andreas.”
The Irish thespian will portray Ollie, a precocious 10-year-old fleeing for his life as a 10.0 quake hits California. Brad Peyton directing is directing from a script by “The Conjuring” scribes Carey Hayes and Chad Hayes, with a previous draft written by Carlton Cuse.
Johnson portray a firefighter who must make a treacherous journey from Los Angeles to San Francisco to rescue his daughter. Beau Flynn is producing through his FlynnPictureCo. along with Village Roadshow.
Parkinson has portrayed Rickon Stark in all three seasons of “Game of Thrones.” He also plays the son of Luke Evans’ character in Legendary Entertainment’s upcoming “Dracula Untold,” due out in October from Universal.
Parkinson is repped by Gersh.
The movie will be out June 2015.
