The 2022 Academy Awards is taking place tonight, with Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes the first people to host the ceremony since 2018.
The nominations for the 2022 Oscars were announced earlier this year, with Netflix leading the pack after racking up a total of 27 nods, including 12 for Jane Campion’s The Power of the Dog.
Sci-fi epic Dune received 10 nominations, while Kenneth Branagh’s semi-autobiographical film Belfast and Steven Spielberg’s take on West Side Story came in with seven each.
Where to stream the Oscar nominations 2022
