Others could face different issues after they finish playing a certain role. It seems Robert Pattinson had trouble memorizing his lines after filming completed for Twilight.

Some celebrities have been able to memorize multiple pages of lines in order to film certain scenes for some of their roles. Other celebrities might have trouble getting into character, or might have trouble remembering some of their lines for numerous reasons.

While Robert Pattinson was shooting the films for the Twilight franchise, he apparently had trouble memorizing his lines. Because of this, he had some help from others on the set.

Pattinson discussed how he was given some help on the set when he couldn’t remember his lines.

He stated, “When we do Twilight there is always someone there who takes care of everything and feeds you your line. I read a lot on set, but as soon as I shut the book I can barely remember the last line I’ve just read.”

However, it seems having help with his lines during filming caused him to have issues remembering his lines in other films.

After filming had wrapped for Twilight, and Robert Pattinson was working on another project, Bel Ami, he realized he might have a problem. It seems The Batman actor was having trouble with his lines.

After he had been given help with his lines on the set of Twilight, Pattinson discussed how he had trouble memorizing his lines on another film set.

Pattinson explained that the director of Bel Ami, Declan Donnelan, wanted those working on the film to learn and memorize the lines.

Pattinson stated, “He usually does stage productions and expects me to know all of my lines – like a stage actor. No chance! I realized how rusty and slow my brain has become.”

According to The Guardian, Pattinson has also discussed doubts about his own acting ability. Seeming to believe he doesn’t really know how to act, Pattinson claimed, “I only know how to play scenes, like, three ways.”

He also revealed, “I’m nervous on, like, every single movie.”

Pattinson also discussed how he would prepare for scenes in certain roles, such as The Lighthouse. “He would punch himself in the face, or twirl around to create dizziness, or drink mud from puddles, or force himself to gag.”

Talking about why he did these things Pattinson stated, “Because I don’t really know how to act, I kind of wanted to somehow make it real, and one of the ways I’ve always thought makes that a little bit easier is if you shake up your physical state just before action. You end up walking into a scene having a different feeling.”

While working on the first film in the Twilight franchise, Robert Pattinson, who plays one of the leads, vampire Edward Cullen, was nearly fired from the role.

Although it might be hard for some fans of the franchise to imagine anyone else as the character, Robert Pattinson was almost fired from the film because of the way he was portraying Edward Cullen.

He was almost fired It seems he didn’t agree with some of those in charge over how his character, Edward Cullen, should be played.

Reportedly, Pattinson wasn’t smiling enough. “We had this strange tension where the studio was kind of a little bit scared to make things a little bit too emo and stuff, and I thought that was the only way to play it.”

“I thought I was pretty safe. [My agents] flew up and were like, ‘You have to do the opposite of what you’re doing now or you’re going to get fired today.'”

Pattinson commented on why he felt he should play the character darker than some wanted. “I think that if I tried to play it lighthearted, the way I would do it would end up looking so wrong that I’d probably end up looking even more like a psychopath.”
