X Factor star Amelia Lily has announced that she will not release her debut album Be A Fighter.
The singer took to Twitter to confirm the news after her fans saw the album listed for release this month on shopping website Very.
She tweeted: “Just to confirm that the ‘be a fighter’ album IS NOT been released this feb.
“I’m working on brand new tracks……to release a brand new album! Stay tuned Lilys!!”
Her debut album was originally meant to be released in 2013 but was delayed after her single Party Over only reached number 40 in the charts.
Her first single You Bring Me Joy, entered the charts at number two in 2012.
Lily recently told Digital Spy that she had decided to push back the release because she is a “perfectionist”.
She said: “I feel like I’ve learned a lot from being in the industry for the past two years and I’ve gone back in and I know exactly what kind of direction of music I want to do.”
