Ariana Grande expected to release new album later this year

Ariana Grande is a Dangerous Woman. The pop superstar has announced a new title for her upcoming third album and it is thought to be planned for release later this year reveal MarkMeets.

The US star previously called the album ‘Moonlight’, but she had a change of heart.

Grande revealed the news to fans on Snapchat as she showed off the handwritten title.

She also seemingly unveiled part of its tracklisting, with ‘Moonlight’ set to be the first song.

Grande’s second album ‘My Everything’ was released in 2014.

“A really long time ago I was convinced it was going to be called Moonlight because it’s one of my favorite songs that we did for the album,” she told “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last month. “Now that we’re wrapping things up… there’s this other song that has sort of thrown me for a whirlwind and I love it so much and it’s just sort of changed.”

“Moonlight” appears to be the first song listed on a presumed tracklisting the “Focus” singer posted.

The singer recently admitted that she is dying to show off her work to her fans.

She said: “I know you have v little patience left but I appreciate it so much. your excitement is killing me! it’s almost ready & I love u#ReadyForA3!”

It’s still unclear when Dangerous Woman will be released. But if this update is any indication, Ariana could be close to wrapping it up. It will be her third album following 2013’s Yours Truly and 2014’s My Everything.

The 22-year-old singer also recently parted ways with co-manager Scooter Braun, who manages Justin Bieber. “It had nothing directly to do with Bieber, apart from he takes up a lot of Scooter’s time,” a source tells Page Six. “Ariana needs someone who can pay more attention to her as a manager.”
