Who are your musical Influences It’s so hard to pick just a few acts, as almost everything I hear can influence me in some way. I love a lot of the classic rock acts from the 70s, the new wave/synthpop groups from the 80s, the alternative grunge acts from the 90s, and the modern pop, rock, and alternative acts of today. The more music I listen to, the more diverse my tastes are, the more inspiration I’m able to find for my own music.

Electro-Rock is your genre though musically do you write on piano and overlay or guitar or does the tune come first? It really depends on the song. Sometimes it starts on piano, other times on guitar, but sometimes I’ll just have a melody or rhythm randomly come to me in my head. Lately, however, a lot of my ideas have come from just messing around with electronic production. I love combining electronics in rock music and coming up with sounds that you may not otherwise hear in a standard rock song. He revealed to MarkMeets.com

‘Anything Better To Do’ is a relevant thought for anyone who has plenty of time off at home how do you spend your spare-time? Because of the pandemic and quarantine, I’ve had more time off at home than I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve been spending a lot of that time working on new music, upping my skills as a producer and audio engineer, and of course, endlessly surfing the web. While we can’t go out in the real world, the internet is our gateway to the real world, and you never run out of content to keep you occupied. Of course, it still is no substitute for real human interaction.

How has the music scene in New York changed over the past decade for you?A lot of venues have closed down over the past few years, but an equal number have opened up. New York is one of the toughest scenes to crack because there is SO MUCH happening on any given night. There are over 100 concert venues in NYC, so you really need to provide your audience with a reason to come out to see you as opposed to the hundreds of other acts playing that night. With concerts starting up again after the pandemic, it’s going to be even more challenging to stand out in a sea of seemingly endless entertainment, but I’m up for the challenge!
