Little Mix are one of the latest acts to have been confirmed to perform at this year’s BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards.
The British girl group have sold more than 30 million records worldwide are made up with members Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall, who will bring their show-stopping live show to the ceremony at Wembley‘s SSE Arena in London, on October 21, where they have been nominated for Best British Group. They are up against Rudimental, The 1975, Clean Bandit and Years & Years though we know the mixers will be voting and like black magic – have the gong in the bang already!!
Revealing their excitement online, the girls posted: “We are so excited to be performing at Radio 1’s Teen Awards, so we will see you all there.”
Also set to perform at the event are 5 Seconds of Summer, Sigrid, Mabel plus Jonas Blue and Not3s besides rising stars HRVY and Jack and Jack.
The annual bash will be hosted by BBC Radio 1 presenters Greg James, Maya Jama and Mollie King, and many more stars from the world of music, TV, movies and sport are set to be announced to appear over the next coming weeks.
